I bought this for my big open living room because it claimed to help with odors, but i never noticed any difference. I kept waiting for something to change, moved it to different spots, gave it a few weeks, and the room still smelled exactly the same. It kind of felt like I was left in the dark with no real way to know if it was even doing anything. Maybe it would help in a small closet or something, but for a larger space, it was pretty much useless for me. Definitely disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again

My order itself was totally fine, but getting help from customer service took longer than I expected. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really solve my issue, so it was a little frustrating lol

I’ve been using the Moso bags for a while, and yeah, they do help a little with odors, so I’ll give them that. But i’m kind of annoyed because they don’t seem to stay effective as long as I expected. You’re supposed to recharge them in the sun, which is simple enough, but of course I forget sometimes, and then they basically feel useless. They’re not terrible or anything, just not as impressive for long-term use as I thought they’d be.

I picked up these Moso bags to use in my closet and around my shoes. They seem decent overall, but one of them had slightly uneven stitching, which made the quality feel a little hit or miss. They still work fine, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet, so maybe they just need more time. For the price, I expected them to feel a bit better.

I had to return my order, and the refund did come through in the end. I kind of lost track of the timing because I thought it had already been a week, but maybe it was only a few days? Either way, it felt slower than I expected. Support did reply, just not super quickly. Overall it was okay, nothing terrible, just a little more waiting around than I hoped for.

Yikes. I was really hoping this would help with the pet odor, but after a full week, the room still smells like dog. Disappointing.

This did help cut down the smoke smell some, especially right when you walked into the room, but it didn’t completely get rid of it. I still had to crack the windows for a while and let the room air out. Not a total fix, but it made a noticeable difference.

I liked that there were a few different sizes to choose from instead of just one bag that’s supposed to work everywhere. I ended up getting the smaller ones for my closet and a bigger one for the basement, which seemed to make the most sense.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that I wasn’t totally sure which size was best for each space. Maybe I overthought it, but a simple room-size guide would’ve made it easier. Overall though, I’m happy with what I got.

I ordered from mosonatural.com the delivery experience was frustrating. As someone who likes to plan around packages and keep things organized, the lack of reliable tracking really got on my nerves. The updates barely changed, the package arrived much later than expected, and I ended up having to keep checking on it myself instead of getting clear info. The product might be fine, but the shipping was enough to make me think twice about ordering again

The box showed up all crushed, and the bag inside was leaking powder everywhere like it had a bad time getting here. I don’t really know how else to say it, but it was just messy and not great. Not super happy with this.

I bought this for a closet that always seemed to get that musty, mildew smell, especially after it rained. It didn’t magically clear it up overnight, but after a few days I could definitely tell the smell wasn’t as strong. I still crack the closet open to air it out now and then, but this has helped a lot. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish it worked a little faster, but overall I feel much better opening that closet now...

The site looks nice enough. Clean. Easy to move around. I liked the simple colors, and the product photos are clear, which helps a lot.
But yeah, some parts feel a little too empty. Like there’s space, but not much happening. A few pages could use better balance or just something to make them feel more finished.
Overall, not bad. Just not very exciting either. It works, it looks fine, but design-wise I’d probably give it 3 stars

I keep running into the same problem every time I consider buying here — the prices just feel too high for what you get. it’s getting tiring, and it doesn’t feel very fair to me.

The subscription has been mostly fine, honestly. One of my repeat bags showed up late once, and I absolutely acted like the whole system was falling apart, but it did arrive and everything has worked okay since. Not perfect, but still convenient overall.

I didn’t feel comfortable having this in the house with my cats. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for what or who I should go to with concerns. It just left me feeling uneasy, so I wouldn’t use it around my pets

I was mostly just watching for the delivery update because I needed it by a certain time, and it ended up taking longer than I expected. That said, it did show up in good condition, so no real complaints there. Just wouldn’t call the shipping super fast

I put this in my closet because it always felt a little damp, it’s helped. The closet feels noticeably less damp now, less damp, for sure. Happy with it so far

I left it out in the sun like I was supposed to, thinking that would take care of the smell, but it still smells bad. This feels like such a simple thing that somehow turned into a hassle
